HR Coordinator

We are a fast-growing textile printing and trading company based in Dubai, specializing in customized digital fabric printing and wholesale textile supply.

We are looking for a proactive HR Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR operations in compliance with UAE Labour Law.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and attendance systems.
  • Coordinate visa processing, medical insurance, and MOHRE documentation.
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Support payroll processing and liaise with accounts department.
  • Handle employee grievances and ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.
  • Assist management in building a positive and productive work culture.


Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE (manufacturing or trading sector preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently.
