Job Description:
- Handle work permits, labor contracts, status changes, Emirates ID, medicals, visa stamping, renewals, cancellations, and resolve rejections while maintaining active establishment records for Labor, Immigration & Residency (MOHRE, Tas’heel, GDRFA, Amer, ICP)
- Manage initial approvals, name reservations, MOA preparation, license issuance/renewals, amendments, and branch setups; liaise with government bodies to clear inspections, fines, and ensure compliance for Company Set-up, Licensing & Compliance (DET, Free Zones, Regulators)
- Advise on best routes (mainland vs. free zone), prepare document checklists and quotations, collect fees, coordinate with authorities, and keep clients and internal stakeholders updated throughout the process.
- Maintain comprehensive trackers and master logs of all submissions, receipts, and outputs to ensure audit readiness, data accuracy, and seamless reporting across Group entities.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Male, Arabic nationalities
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a PRO / Government Relations role, managing MOHRE, ICP, and GDRFA transactions, preferably within a business setup or corporate services environment.
- Hands-on with MOHRE / Tas’heel, ICP Smart Services, and GDRFA / Amer portals, with strong exposure to DET / Invest in Dubai or free zone licensing processes.
- Must have valid UAE driving license and able to travel between centers (Amer, Tas’heel, medical fitness, etc.).
