Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Investment Property Advisor based in Abu Dhabi. The Investment Property Advisor will be responsible for providing tailored investment advice, managing properties, and guiding clients through the decision-making process. Additional day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining professional relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, offering financial advice related to property investments, and staying updated on market trends to identify opportunities that meet client needs. Qualifications Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively. Expertise in property management and investments, including analyzing market trends and property values. Proficiency in customer service and the ability to build long-term professional relationships. Basic understanding of finance and its applications in property investment decision-making. Proven experience in real estate or investment advisory roles is preferred. Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is desirable. Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets and goals.
