We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Arabic Leasing Executive to join our team and support the ongoing growth of our mall operations.Responsibilities Handle Leasing Operations, Speciality Leasing (RMUs, kiosks, activations) and Tenant Relations on a daily basis. Source, negotiate, and secure new strong deals that add value to the mall’s tenant mix. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants. Prepare proposals, lease agreements, and ensure timely renewals. Coordinate with internal teams to support leasing activities and operational requirements.Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mall leasing, retail property, or commercial real estate. Strong understanding of leasing processes, tenant categories, and retail trends. Proven ability to generate leads and close successful leasing deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
