Business Analyst – Logistics & SalesforceWe are seeking a Mid to Senior Business Analyst to support our Operations & Supply Chain Excellence Center, driving process optimization and standardization across the organization. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, with a strong focus on logistics operations and Salesforce applications.Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements Design process flows, wireframes, and functional documentation Support testing, UAT, and implementation activities Develop training materials and conduct user training Document procedures for transportation, warehousing, and customs Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teamsRequirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)4–6 years’ experience as a Business Analyst Strong experience in process design, documentation, testing & implementation Background in logistics & supply chain operations Salesforce experience is highly desirable Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
