The ideal candidate will have experience in educational sales and a passion for helping students achieve their language-learning goals. This role involves managing leads, closing registrations, and supporting marketing activities that promote our Chinese language programs. | Key Responsibilities: | Promote and sell Chinese language courses to individuals, schools, and corporate clients. | Manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct follow-ups, and close registrations. | Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. | Support marketing campaigns on social media platforms. | Assist in organizing events, workshops, and promotional activities. | Work closely with the management team to achieve monthly sales targets. | Requirements: | Minimum 2 years of sales experience in an educational center or training institute (preferred). | Strong communication and negotiation skills. | Fluent in English and Arabic (both required). | Experience in social media or digital marketing is an added advantage. | Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong desire to meet targets. | Bachelor’s degree preferred. | Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus, but not required. | What We Offer: | Competitive salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 based on experience. | Friendly and supportive work environment. | Opportunities for growth within the institute.
