The ideal partner brings capital, industry insight, and access to major construction networks in the GCC.⸻Key Responsibilities of the Investor Partner1. Capital ContributionProvide investment required for: • Establishing a Dubai office (DMCC or mainland) • Setting up a 5,000–10,000 sq ft warehouse • Initial product inventory • Hiring of key personnel (sales reps & warehouse staff) • Regional operations, permits, and logistics setup2. Strategic Market Access • Connect Premco with major contractors, developers, façade engineering firms, aluminum and glass companies, and distributors across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. • Support entry into large construction projects: high-rise, hospitality, infrastructure, and government developments.3. Business Development Support • Facilitate introductions to government authorities, procurement teams, and project owners. • Help accelerate Premco’s approval into project specification lists, consultant databases, and preferred vendor lists.4.
