S. social media presence and community support.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a full-funnel social media strategy targeting the United States Create original, high-engagement crypto-native content (memes, threads, short videos, spaces, etc.) across Twitter/X, Tik Tok, Instagram, Discord, Telegram and Reddit Monitor, analyze and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, on-chain sign-ups, etc.) for internal team and clients Act as frontline community support: answer U. S. user questions in real time (wallet setup, transaction issues, product features, etc.) via Discord, Telegram and Twitter DMs Stay on top of U. S. crypto culture, trends, memes and regulatory sentiment to keep our voice authentic and timelyRequired Qualifications Deep understanding of American internet & crypto culture (memes, slang, trending topics, major influencers, and community behavior on Twitter/X, Reddit, Tik Tok, etc.) Proven experience running social accounts in the cryptocurrency/blockchain space (wallet, DeFi, or Web3 projects strongly preferred) Native or fully fluent English Proficiency across major social platforms + Discord/Telegram community moderation Strong Microsoft Office / Google Suite skills (Excel for reporting is a must) Available to work overlapping U.
