Experience Requirements

  • 10–12 years of experience in commercial management or quantity surveying.
  • Demonstrated exposure in PMC, Developer, Consultancy, and Client-side projects.
  • Experience across sectors such as mixed-use, infrastructure, hospitality, residential, education, retail, or mega-projects.
  • Experience with both pre-contract and post-contract commercial functions.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • RICS Membership or candidacy preferred.
  • Certification in contract management or construction law is an advantage.
