We are looking for a proactive IT Support professional to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure smooth operation of all systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and manuals.
Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions on various systems.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, installation, and support.
Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and implementation of new technologies.
Train staff on software usage, IT policies, and best practices.
