- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.

- Assist in performance management and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports as required by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is preferred.
