Are you an experienced salesperson comfortable joining the founding team of a fast-growing startup?This fast-growing, remote-first tech company connects businesses with vetted developers in record time through a trusted partner network.What’s in it for you? A full 360-AE role with clear development Base salary up to AED 18,000 plus commission Flexible, outcome-focused culture with a close-knit founding team Backed by significant investment and working with major enterprise clients across the GCCFully remote role based in the UAEWhat will you be doing? Target decision makers such as CTOs and Heads of IT and Software Development in the UAEMake 80 plus cold calls per day and set 20 plus qualified meetings per month (You have to be comfortable with this) Use provided tools and data sources to reach the right prospects Progress to managing and closing your own accounts Work closely with leadership to refine outreach strategy and drive market growthWhat do you need? Resilience, accountability, and a founding team mindset with availability when needed Highly coachable with excellent, concise, value led communication Saa S or recruitment sales experience is a plus but not essential Comfortable in a startup environment with flexibility and autonomyDon’t worry if your CV isn’t up to date.
