Renowned for exceptional customer service, MSH operates 24/7 worldwide, offering insurance management and claims settlement services.We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in Abu Dhabi. This role is designed for a high-impact professional who can build strong market relationships with partners, expand broker networks, and support the rollout of key insurance solutions across Abu Dhabi and NE.Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue Growth Lead new business acquisition for our IPMI solutions by identifying opportunities, developing strong pipelines, and securing new partnerships. Broker and Insurer Relationship Expansion Strengthen and deepen strategic relationships with key Insurers and brokers, including major international and regional partners, while actively expanding our network to enhance our SME and group portfolio. Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with marketing and account management teams to ensure alignment, support broker and insurer engagement activities, and enhance market visibility. IPMI Products Rollout and support with Reinsurance Lead the coordination and market introduction of our African IPMI product in collaboration with strategic partners within the region. Commercial Team & Process Responsibilities Team Engagement & Coordination Collaborate closely with the commercial team, particularly colleagues in Tunis, to ensure seamless service delivery for brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders. Service Excellence Support improvements in responsiveness, quotation turnaround times, and overall service quality to reinforce our commitment to operational excellence. Post-Probation Strategic Proposal At the end of the probation period, present a structured proposal outlining key observations, recommended process enhancements, and a forward-looking business development strategy. What We’re Looking For Strong experience in health insurance, IPMI, or related segments. Proven ability to develop and manage broker and Insurer relationships. Solid commercial background with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with management teams.at least 7 years of experience in business development Multilingual profile with strong command of English and Arabic (French is a plus)Why Join Us?
