This role requires a dynamic professional with strong communication skills, a passion for luxury client servicing, and the ability to close high-value contracts.The candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding Scent Arts’ market presence across the UAE by identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive account management.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales Acquisition • Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across luxury hospitality, retail, aviation, government, healthcare, events, and corporate sectors. • Develop structured sales pipelines, lead-generation strategies, and outreach plans to consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets. • Conduct presentations, product demos, fragrance sampling sessions, and technical walkthroughs for prospective clients. • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, commercial offers, and tailored scenting solutions based on client requirements. • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, annual agreements, and long-term service partnerships.2. Key Account Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. • Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers, influencers, procurement heads, and brand/marketing managers. • Conduct periodic account reviews to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities (fragrance upgrades, device enhancements, multi-location expansions). • Coordinate internally with operations, service, and product development teams to ensure successful project execution. • Ensure high customer satisfaction, quick response to queries, and timely resolution of issues.3. Strategic Market Engagement • Build and maintain a strong professional network across UAE industries to generate strategic alliances and referrals. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities within luxury, hospitality, and corporate sectors. • Represent Scent Arts at exhibitions, industry events, networking forums, and trade shows.4.
