Job Details

You will support sales and business activities. You will ensure smooth coordination across teams. You will handle data, communication, and daily sales operations. Key Responsibilities • Support sales team with presentations, proposals, and reports • Assist management in sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on pending sales • Coordinate between sales, marketing, finance, and operations • Manage CRM or Excel based sales data and lead tracking • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records • Manage emails, calls, and virtual meetings • Enter sales data and prepare reports for management • Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for executives • Manage daily calendars and task schedules of assigned executives • Source and coordinate with vendors when required • Ensure smooth internal communication for project flow • Handle sales related administrative and clerical tasks Requirements • Experience in sales coordination or sales support roles • Strong communication skills in English • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic CRM systems • Strong organizational and follow up skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Freshers/Beginners in UAE can also apply Visa Preference Candidates on sponsored visa or own visa will have an advantage.
