Persian Horizon is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to connect the efforts of our digital marketing and sales teams, ensuring that high-quality leads convert into meaningful revenue. This role is essential for optimizing the sales process, strengthening lead feedback loops, and ensuring that messaging, scripts, and follow-up strategies are aligned across the organization.Requirements Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or CRM management Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead stages, and conversion tactics Data-driven approach with strong analytics and reporting capabilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Hands-on experience with CRM platforms Ability to work on-site in Dubai Nice to Have:Experience in service-based or investment-driven businesses Background working with call centers or structured sales teams Familiarity with Whats App marketing, automations, and follow-up workflowsWhat You Will DoDevelop and optimize sales call scripts and objection-handling frameworks Build and manage lead follow-up journeys (Whats App, SMS, calls) Define, implement, and monitor lead response SLAsAnalyze lead quality and provide structured insights to the marketing team Review sales calls to enhance sales messaging and conversion techniques Track and present sales performance metrics Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Sales Manager to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
