We’re gearing up to open Brew Dog’s newest location in Dubai, and we’re looking for a passionate, hands-on General Manager to lead the full pre-opening and operational launch of this iconic brand. Build and develop a strong front- and back-of-house team aligned with Brew Dog’s culture. Drive commercial performance through outstanding guest experience, operational excellence, and cost control. Oversee daily operations once open, ensuring compliance with brand, safety, and quality standards. Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Collaborate closely with senior leadership on marketing, menu launches, and brand activations.What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Manager in casual dining, gastropubs, or craft-beer concepts. Pre-opening experience is a big advantage. Strong leadership skills with the ability to hire, motivate, and retain a high-performing team.
