The Leasing Manager will oversee all leasing activities for the company’s properties, ensuring optimal occupancy levels, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. The role involves developing leasing strategies, managing tenant relationships, negotiating lease agreements, and driving revenue growth through proactive property marketing and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement leasing plans to meet occupancy and revenue targets. Identify and engage prospective tenants through marketing, referrals, and broker networks. Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and amendments in line with company policies. Oversee lease administration, including documentation, rent collection coordination, and compliance tracking. Maintain accurate records of available units, lease terms, and tenant information. Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive rental pricing and property positioning. Work closely with property management and finance teams to ensure alignment between leasing and operations. Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally to maintain strong tenant relations. Prepare periodic leasing reports for management and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management/leasing software. Knowledge of local real estate laws and market trends.
