Job Description Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell credit cards, personal loans, and other banking products to potential customers.Identify and approach prospective clients through various sales channels, including field sales,Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to explain product features, benefits, and terms.Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Generate leads through networking, events, and customer referrals.Assess customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.Follow up with potential clients to ensure successful conversions. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.Educate customers on responsible credit usage and financial management. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.Collect and verify required customer documents for applications.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions. Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on banking products, promotions, and competitor offerings.Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.RequirementsQualifications & Skills: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).1-3 years of sales experience in banking, financial services, or related industries.Experience in selling credit cards, loans, or banking products is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a target-oriented environment.Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.PREFERRED FEMALESSkills: Experience : (Yrs& Field): Minimum 1-3 years as a key executive/DB of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree. Skills & Abilities: Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
