Job Title: 3D Architectural Rendering Visualizer – Abu Al Naga DevelopmentAbout the Role We are looking for a highly talented 3D Architectural Rendering Visualizer to join Abu Al Naga Development. The ideal candidate has a strong artistic eye and advanced technical skills to produce high-end CGI renders, animations, and architectural visuals that reflect the luxury and identity of our projects.This role is essential in bringing our developments to life through realistic imagery, cinematic videos, and premium visual presentations.Key Responsibilities • Create high-quality 3D renderings for interior and exterior spaces. • Produce architectural animations and walkthrough videos for marketing and sales. • Convert architectural drawings (CAD/Plans) into detailed 3D models. • Develop realistic lighting, materials, textures, and environments. • Collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams. • Maintain visual consistency with the brand identity of Abu Al Naga. • Deliver final outputs optimized for social media, brochures, and project launches. • Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining premium quality standards.Requirements • Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in real estate or architecture. • Advanced skills in: • 3ds Max • Corona / V-Ray • Lumion / Unreal Engine • Photoshop / After Effects • Strong understanding of architecture, proportions, lighting, and composition. • Ability to produce photo-realistic CGI. • Portfolio showcasing previous real estate or architectural visualizations. • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results quickly.Language Requirement • Fluency in both Arabic and English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is mandatory.Preferred Qualifications • Experience with cinematic animation and storytelling visuals. • Previous work experience in real estate developments inside the UAE. • Knowledge of drone matching, landscape rendering, and masterplan visualization.What We Offer • A creative environment with opportunities to work on luxury and iconic projects. • Competitive salary based on experience. • Fast career growth within a rapidly expanding real estate developer. • Work directly with the CEO and marketing team on major project launches.How to Apply Interested candidates can apply directly via Linked In or send their portfolio to:????
