Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for the role of Head of Sales – Secondary Market. The role involves leading and managing a team of sales professionals, devising and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with new and existing clients. The Head of Sales will analyze market trends, create business plans, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Collaboration with internal teams and management to align business objectives is a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Proven leadership and team management skills within the real estate industry Experience in sales strategy development, sales operations, and business planning Comprehensive understanding of the secondary real estate market in Dubai Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales initiatives Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism
