The Sales & Investment Advisor will manage daily interactions with potential clients, guide them in making informed real estate investment decisions, and provide expert advice on property acquisitions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market analysis to identify investment opportunities, leading property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Additionally, the role requires staying updated on market trends and regulations to provide accurate and insightful guidance to clients.Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills within the real estate or related industry Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain professional relationships with clients Knowledge of market analysis, investment strategies, and financial planning Proficiency in tools used for customer management and sales reporting Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages, especially Arabic, is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market and regulations is highly desirable
