Location: Sharjah - UAE???? Experience: 2–3 years in HR / People & Culture???? Language: Arabic is a must (spoken & written)???? Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations. Assist in developing and implementing People & Culture initiatives and policies. Coordinate performance management activities and employee engagement programs. Maintain HR records, ensure compliance, and support internal communication. Work closely with managers to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.✨ What We’re Looking For2–3 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or a similar role. Strong understanding of HR processes and UAE labor laws (preferred). Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a passion for people.
