This role combines business analysis, strategic planning, and professional presentation to support businesses acquired by Persian Group. The successful candidate will analyze newly acquired companies, develop structured growth strategies, and present insights through engaging presentations and multimedia content. This position is ideal for a professional who is both analytically strong and confident in front of an audience or camera.Key Responsibilities Conduct structured business analysis for newly acquired companies across various industries Develop clear, actionable business and growth strategies for internal teams and stakeholders Present strategic insights through meetings, workshops, webinars, and industry events Create professional visual and audio content, including short videos, presentations, and recorded insights Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging Translate data-driven findings into clear, engaging narratives for investors, partners, and customers Support ongoing strategic reporting and performance communicationRequired Qualifications & Skills Background in business analysis, strategy consulting, entrepreneurship, or related fields Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling abilities Confidence in public speaking and on-camera presentations Experience with presentation and content tools (e.g., Power Point, Canva; video tools are a plus) Understanding of the UAE business environment and market dynamics Fluency in English; Arabic or Persian language skills are an advantagePreferred Experience Exposure to investment, private equity, or business acquisition environments Experience creating professional multimedia or educational business content Familiarity with video editing or podcast production toolsCompensation & Benefits Competitive salary, aligned with experience and market standards Professional development and growth opportunities
