Job Title: Approval Engineer Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-Time Industry: Construction / Architecture / Engineering About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Approvals Engineer to manage and coordinate project approvals with relevant Dubai authorities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of local regulations and approval procedures. Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate approvals from local authorities such as Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, DCD, and others. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams to ensure timely submission and follow-up on approvals. Liaise with clients and external consultants/designers to align project documentation and requirements. Review drawings, documents, and compliance reports before submission to authorities. Maintain updated knowledge of local authority guidelines, regulations, and processes. Track and document approval statuses, ensuring project timelines are met. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (mandatory). Valid UAE Driving License (DL) – mandatory. SOE Card – mandatory. Minimum 4–5 years of total experience, with at least 2 years of Dubai experience in approvals or authority coordination. Strong communication skills (written and spoken English).
