The Amazon Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients, leading meetings, managing expectations, and presenting performance data. This role requires hands-on experience with Amazon tools, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to leverage AI for insights and optimization.What You’ll Do:Serve as the primary contact for clients, running meetings and managing ongoing communication. Provide regular updates on performance metrics, campaigns, and actionable insights. Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and implement Amazon campaigns aligned with client goals. Monitor KPIs and ensure campaigns are optimized for performance and growth. Use Amazon tools and AI-driven insights to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Present clear reports and recommendations, guiding clients with expert advice.What You Bring:2+ years of experience in Amazon account management, preferably in an agency setting. Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and advanced Excel. Strong client-facing and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly. Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and optimization.
