Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Presales Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to clients, demonstrating product features and solutions, assisting with system integration, and addressing customer needs. The role involves collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements, preparing proposals, and ensuring solutions align with client specifications and expectations. The Presales Engineer will play a vital role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through technical expertise and effective communication. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Technical Support and system integration Proven experience in Presales activities, including preparing proposals and technical demonstrations Sales proficiency with the ability to understand client needs and support customer engagement processes Familiarity with Security systems and related technologies Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in the life safety or fire protection industry is an advantage Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
