Location: Dubai, UAE – On-site Duration: 3 Months Project We are looking for a highly qualified Digital and Agile Transformation Specialist to join a government project in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital transformation, agile transformation, and implementing modern work practices within government entities. Key Responsibilities:• Lead digital transformation initiatives and redesign government services and processes.• Drive agile transformation across teams and departments and ensure adoption of agile frameworks.• Develop digital roadmaps, service blueprints, and agile operating models.• Facilitate agile ceremonies, coach teams, and enhance organizational agility.• Collaborate with government stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.• Support change management, service improvement, and capability building. Requirements:• Proven experience in digital transformation and agile transformation within government or public sector environments.• Strong knowledge of service design, digital government frameworks, and agile methodologies.• Holder of recognized agility certifications such as SAFe, CSM/PSM, CSPO/PSPO, Agile Coaching certifications, or Business Agility Institute (BAI) certificates.• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to work on-site in Dubai for the entire duration of the project.• Must have a valid UAE residency visa.• Immediate availability is preferred.
