We are hiring an experienced Senior Accountant for a reputed Home Rental Company in the UAE.The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance for rental properties, ensuring accurate financial control and adherence to UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations for rental properties
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Handle accounts payable, receivable, and revenue reconciliation
Oversee rent collections, security deposits, and owner payouts
Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
Ensure UAE VAT compliance, filing, and documentation
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants
Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability of properties
Supervise junior accountants / accounts assistants
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls
