Office Clerk (Auto Parts Industry Experience Preferred)

1. Responsible for daily administrative tasks, including document organization, file archiving, and internal communication coordination;

2. Proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel to complete accounting bookkeeping, data statistics, and report preparation;

3. Manage the renewal, annual inspection, and related procedures for various company licenses (e.g., Dubai company business license, driver's license, etc.);

4. Assist in handling daily operational tasks of the company to ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.



Skills

1. Possess experience in the automotive parts industry;

2. Fluent in English - able to communicate and solve problems in English in daily work.

3. Proficient in operating Office software, capable of independently completing accounting and statistical tasks;

4. Familiarize with the renewal process for company licenses, driver's licenses, and other documents in the Dubai region;

5. Diligent in work, strong sense of responsibility, with excellent communication and organizational coordination skills.
