They’re not looking for someone to “manage a warehouse” they want a proper country leader with strong operations experience who can take ownership of a fast-growing contract logistics platform and turn it into the benchmark operation in the market.
This role suits someone who understands what great looks like in 3PL/4PL: strong governance, disciplined execution, customer confidence, and commercial growth that’s built on solutions not discounting. You’ll be the person clients trust, teams follow, and regional leadership relies on to deliver performance and scale.
You’ll lead the UAE contract logistics business end-to-end: strategy, P&L, service delivery, and growth. That means building a high-performing operation (SLA delivery, inventory accuracy, productivity, HSE, compliance), while also being commercially sharp owning key accounts, leading tenders and RFPs, shaping solutions, negotiating contracts, and expanding the footprint. If you’ve run multi-site warehousing, launched new facilities, integrated new customers, or stabilised underperforming operations, you’ll feel at home here.
They’re looking for a senior operator-leader with real contract logistics depth someone who can talk confidently about cost-to-serve, labour models, WMS performance, continuous improvement, and customer governance, but who also has the presence and commercial instinct to win and retain strategic accounts.
UAE/GCC experience is preferred, and exposure to complex verticals (FMCG, retail, pharma, industrial, e Com) is a plus.
