We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager for Export Sales in the Auto Spare Parts Sector focused on the Iran Market. This role is pivotal in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the auto spare parts industry, particularly in relation to the Iranian market, and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in our objectives and deliver exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Iran market.
  2. Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners in the auto spare parts sector.
  3. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the Iranian market.
  4. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

  8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Persian (Farsi) is a must.
  9. Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.
