Key Responsibilities:

Ø Maintaining the pultrusion line parameters/ formulation, equipment. Testing of product rebar for all visual parameters.

Ø Coordinating with supervisor, utility, sizing area, epoxy mixing area for maintaining the process parameters and the product parameters.

Ø Implementation and following the process parameters, SOP’s and WI.

Ø To take corrective and preventive action if found any deviation in the process parameters and same to be informed to your superior.

Ø Any troubleshooting quick action need to be taken and inform and coordinate with the concerned dept ie. maintenance, electrical, instrumentation, utility etc.

Ø Maintaining cleanliness of pultrusion line and the area.

Ø Achieving the production target and efficiency.

Ø Noting the consumption of chemicals on daily basis.

Ø Keeping all records of operations (logbooks, data entry required etc.)

Ø Proper usage of PPE and ensuring safety at workplace for accident-free work culture.

Ø Daily report to your superior

Ø Maintain housekeeping at our workplace and proper handover of shift changeover to your colleague.

Ø Any Other tasks assigned from time to time.

Skills

Qualification & Skills:

Ø High school diploma or equivalent.

Ø Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Ø Knowledge of pultrusion processes and equipment is a plus.

Ø Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ø Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications.

Ø Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ø Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Ø Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ø Experience with preventive maintenance programs.

Ø Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes.

Ø Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends if required.
