We are seeking a mid level Software Sales/ Business Development Manager with 2 to 4years experience to lead sales growth and market expansion. The role focuses on driving new client acquisition, developing strong business relationships, and promoting our ERP solutions to SMEs and enterprise clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, networking, exhibitions, referrals, and digital channels.
Conduct client meetings across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Northern Emirates.
Deliver compelling ERP product demos and presentations tailored to UAE business environments.
Lead end-to-end sales cycle: qualification, proposal creation, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.
Understand clients’ compliance requirements.
Monitor ERP market trends including emerging cloud platforms and regulatory changes.
Stay updated on competitor products, pricing models, and market positioning.
Recommend strategies to enhance product competitiveness.
Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure proposed solutions match client needs.
Provide client feedback to product and management teams for solution enhancements.
Support marketing in local campaigns, events, and partnerships.
Maintain up-to-date records of opportunities and pipelines in CRM (Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Submit weekly sales reports and market insights to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of ERP software sales experience only required and must have 1year experience in Odoo or Zoho.
Strong understanding of ERP modules: Accounting, HR/Payroll, Inventory, CRM, Procurement, Manufacturing, Projects.
Valid UAE driving license and own car.
Arabic speaking candidates preferred.
