We are hiring Reservation Agent, who is responsible for managing room or property reservations, handling guest inquiries, confirming bookings, and coordinating with operations to ensure a smooth reservation process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle reservations via phone, email, website, and online channels
Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately
Respond to guest inquiries regarding availability, rates, and policies
Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and operations teams
Update reservation systems and maintain accurate records
Manage OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia – if applicable)
Upsell rooms, services, or packages when possible
Prepare daily reservation and occupancy reports
Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow company policies
