We are seeking an independent, tech-savvy gaming enthusiast to immediately join our upcoming gaming center in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless gaming experiences for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations:
Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Set up and configure gaming stations (PCs and consoles) for optimal performance.
Monitor gaming equipment functionality and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
Assist customers with game selection, technical problems, and station setup.
Process payments, handle cash transactions and manage beverage/snack sales.
Technical Support & Maintenance
Perform basic troubleshooting on gaming hardware and software.
Maintain gaming PCs, peripherals, and console equipment in excellent condition.
Report major technical issues and coordinate with technical support when needed.
Ensure all gaming stations are clean, functional and ready for use.
Customer Experience & Safety
Enforce house rules and gaming policies to maintain a safe, enjoyable environment
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Monitor gaming area to ensure proper conduct and equipment usage
Maintain cleanliness of gaming stations, common areas and restrooms
Assist customers for ordering food & beverages as per customer convenience
Event Support -
Assist in organizing and managing gaming tournaments and special events
Support promotional activities and community engagement initiatives
Desired candidate profile
Required Qualifications -
Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English.
Gaming Knowledge: Strong understanding of PC gaming, gaming hardware, and popular game titles.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of gaming PCs, consoles (PS5), troubleshooting, and equipment setup
Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or technical support role in a gaming cafe preferred.
Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make quick decisions.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with friendly, approachable attitude.
Flexibility: Willing to work irregular shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Desired Qualifications -
Previous experience in gaming center, esports arena, or similar entertainment venue.
Knowledge of networking basics and gaming setup configurations.
Passion for gaming community and esports culture.
