Job description
1. Role Purpose
To drive revenue growth and ensure seamless delivery of client projects by owning the full commercial and client management cycle — from first contact → proposal → negotiation → production coordination → project execution support → post-event follow-up.
This role bridges sales, client servicing, and internal coordination, ensuring all client requirements are communicated accurately and that production teams always work with the latest approved information.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Identify and pursue new business across corporate, government, cultural, private sectors.
- Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, decks, and commercial offers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; deliver monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Strengthen Hafeet’s market presence, develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
B. Full-Cycle Client Relationship & Communication
- Serve as the primary client communicator from initial inquiry to project completion.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and production check-ins.
- Collect requirements accurately and translate them clearly to internal teams.
- Maintain communication logs, approvals, updates, and revision records.
- Proactively manage client expectations (timelines, budget, creative feasibility).
- Provide regular updates during production, fabrication, and installation phases.
- Ensure all client feedback is documented and relayed immediately to design & production teams.
C. Internal Coordination with Production, Design & Operations
- Collaborate closely with production managers, designers, carpenters, fabricators, and technical teams.
- Communicate all updates, revisions, and requirements clearly and on time.
- Ensure BOQs, drawings, and material lists reflect the latest client-approved version.
- Lead internal alignment meetings when changes are introduced.
- Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with client expectations and signed scope.
- Support production during installations by coordinating with the client on-site.
- Identify early risks or delays and escalate to management when needed.
D. Proposal, Costing, & Commercial Control
- Prepare quotations based on client briefs and production input.
- Ensure pricing maintains healthy profit margins.
- Manage change requests, variations, and revised quotations where applicable.
- Assist with contract drafting, scope documentation, and payment follow-up.
E. Project Monitoring
- Conduct on-site reviews during key production/installation moments.
- Serve as the bridge between client and production manager on the ground.
- Verify that final output matches the approved concept, drawing, and BOQ.
- Provide real-time communication to clients about what is being implemented.
- Assist with last-minute adjustments (within agreed scope) to ensure client satisfaction.
F. Post-Event & Relationship Development
- Lead post-event debriefs with both clients and internal teams.
- Gather client feedback and identify future business opportunities.
- Support invoice closing, variation approvals, and payment settlement.

- Number of complaints / issues avoided due to proactive communication

- Smooth execution flow with fewer last-minute interventions
Operational Activity Metrics
- Number of site visits and check-ins
- Response time to client communication
- Number of proposals & revisions submitted monthly
UAE driving license is required.

Technical & Operational Skills
- Strong understanding of production workflows (carpentry, fabrication, staging, décor, AV).
- Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and understand materials.
- Skilled in translating client vision into clear internal instructions.

5. Experience Requirements
- 3–7+ years in events, exhibitions, production, or client servicing roles.
- Experience in hybrid sales + operations roles is a strong advantage.
- Proven history of managing client relationships and internal coordination.
- Experience attending actual builds/installations in the field.
