Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, display advertising).
- Support content creation, including blog posts, social media copy, ad creatives, and landing page optimization.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social platform insights, email marketing metrics).
- Help manage paid media campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and performance tracking under supervision.
- Contribute to market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, list segmentation, and A/B testing to improve open and click-through rates.
- Support website and content optimization to improve SEO and user experience.
- Coordinate with design, product, and sales teams to align marketing messages with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and platform updates; share learnings with the team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (enrolled for internship or recent graduate preferred).
- Strong interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn across multiple channels.
- Basic understanding of key digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French and Arabic is a plus for local markets.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
