WE ARE EXPANDING TO GCC
We are hiring a ERP Sales Consultant / Strategic Business Consultant to audit industrial clients, identify operational failures, and sell the Astrexa Suite as the corrective solution.
The Role & Responsibilities
1. Operational Audit (Consulting Phase)
- Conduct on-site visits to manufacturing and trading companies.
- Map the client’s current financial workflow. Identify specific bottlenecks in their Quote-to-Cash cycle (e.g., delayed invoicing, lost purchase orders).
- Review their document storage processes specifically for ISO/Yearly Government Audits. Identify compliance risks and retrieval delays.
2. Solution Architecture & Sales (Closing Phase)
- Present the findings to the General Manager or Owner.
- Demonstrate how the Astrexa Industrial Suite resolves the identified bottlenecks (e.g., automating the quote-to-invoice conversion, centralizing audit files).
- Structure the commercial proposal.
- Close the sale and sign the implementation contract.
The Product You Sell
You are selling a specific functional tool, not a generic service:
- Module A (Financial Speed): An end-to-end ERP tailored for Quote-to-Cash acceleration.
- Module B (Compliance Vault): A digital repository designed for Audit Readiness (ISO, Regulatory), allowing instant file retrieval.
Required Qualifications
- ERP Experience (Non-Negotiable): You must have experience in selling or implementing ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP B1, Microsoft
Dynamics, Focus, Sage). You must understand the mechanics of migration and implementation.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of industrial workflows (Procurement, Inventory, Invoicing, Dispatch).
- Sales Capability: Proven track record of closing B2B contracts with C-Level executives or Business Owners.
- Mobility: Valid UAE driving license and vehicle required for site visits.
Compensation & Growth
- Structure: Freelance / Independent Contractor agreement.
- Commission: Flat 10-20% commission on total contract value. (Uncapped).
- Career Path: High-performing consultants will be offered a full-time leadership position (Head of Sales/Business Development) based on
confirmed sales target.
