Business / Industry Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management within Food FMCG manufacturing
- Proven experience in wet and dry food products (sauces, condiments, spices, or similar)
- Hands-on exposure to manufacturing environments (not trading or distribution only)
- Experience managing end-to-end supply chain: sourcing, planning, production coordination, warehousing, and distribution
- Strong understanding of GCC food regulations and audits (UAE / KSA exposure preferred)
- Experience handling imported raw materials and GCC exports
- Prior leadership experience managing supply chain or operations teams

- Demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP
- Procurement and supplier negotiation (local and international)
- Inventory, batch, and shelf-life management
- ERP / MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Coordination with Production, QA, and R&D
- Warehousing and logistics management (ambient and temperature-controlled)
- Export documentation, INCOTERMS, and customs processes
- Strong analytical, cost control, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multi-SKU and fast-moving environments
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have (Optional)
- APICS (CPIM / CSCP), CIPS, Lean, or Six Sigma certification
- Experience with NPD / product launches
- Exposure to ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal compliance
