Charterhouse are working with a prominent Family Office in the UAE, which is seeking to appoint an experienced HR Payroll Specialist to join their Dubai office.
About the Role
The role requires an exceptional level of confidentiality, precision, and professional maturity, handling a broad range of payments, compensation structures, and high profile matters. Working in close collaboration with Senior Stakeholders, HR and Finance teams, the role will be heavily geared towards administering the complete monthly payroll cycle, ensuring that all salaries, allowances, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements are calculated accurately and processed on time.
Additionally, the HR Payroll Specialist will support with generalist HR Admin tasks and will serve as point of contact to answer employee payment-related queries. Our client is seeking an individual who offers strong experience in managing HRIS software, preparing management reports and upholding compliance and audit best practices.
About You
The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years working experience in payroll or HR operations, gained within a UAE‑based holding group, family office or semi government environment. It would be considered advantageous if the candidate has exposure to both free zone and onshore frameworks. A Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or a relevant field is required alongside strong technical capabilities such as advanced proficiency in Excel and Odoo or similar HRIS software. Successful candidate should be able to demonstrate strong working knowledge of WPS procedures and gratuity calculations.
