We are seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant with strong digital marketing expertise to support senior management across marketing, online growth, and daily business operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, technically skilled, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where marketing, strategy, and execution overlap.
You will be involved in Social Media Optimization, paid advertising, social media growth (especially TikTok), and broader digital marketing initiatives, while also supporting management with operational and administrative tasks.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Business Bay.
We are currently aiming to expand into Portuguese speaking countries so Portuguese language skills will be a very big bonus that will put you ahead.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct personal and operational support to senior management.
• Manage and optimize Social media across company websites.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Pay-Per-Click campaigns (Google Ads focus).
• Assist with TikTok marketing strategy, content optimization, and growth tactics.
• Monitor ad performance, traffic, and conversions.
• Support website optimization and basic content updates.
• Assist with competitor research and growth strategy planning.
• Handle confidential business information with discretion.
Skills
• Proven experience in Social Media Optimization and digital marketing.
• Strong experience with Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
• Experience with TikTok marketing and paid or organic growth strategies.
• Understanding of web analytics and performance tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Apart from this they will be doing all the work of Personal Assistant to the owner.
Bonus Skills:
• Portuguese language skills.
• Experience with marketing techniques.
• Contacts with influencers especially in United Kingdom.
Requirements:
