Job Position: Sales Head – Trading & Financial Markets

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head with strong expertise across Forex, Indian stock markets, cryptocurrency, and CFD platforms. The role involves driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, expanding market presence, and managing key client relationships in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue across trading products.
• Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions (B2B & B2C).
• Build and manage relationships with HNIs, institutional clients, and brokerage partners.
• Monitor KPIs, optimize sales performance, and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and compliance teams; ensure KYC/AML adherence.
• Provide product expertise, conduct client trainings, webinars, and internal sessions.
• Handle key account management, client escalations, and customized trading solutions.
