As a Technician, you will perform carpentry or tiling.
You will also be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical equipment and painting works. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in these areas, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Skills
A minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry or tilling.
plumbing, and electrical work, with additional skills in painting.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work (as required by Dubai regulations).
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
Drivers license preferred
