Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Presales / Key Accounts Executive with strong, existing relationships across discount centers, value retailers, and wholesale grocery chains in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience listing FMCG food products with nominal listing fees and driving volume-based sales.
This role is focused on product listing, account onboarding, and preselling for a core range of essential food items.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage existing contacts and relationships to list products in discount centers and value retailers across the UAE
- Handle preselling activities, including negotiations on pricing, margins, and nominal listing fees
- Onboard new retail accounts and expand distribution footprint
- Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and supply planning
- Ensure timely execution of listings, launches, and repeat orders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and retailer requirements
- Achieve agreed sales targets and distribution objectives
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers and store owners

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG presales / key accounts / modern or discount trade in the UAE
- Proven experience dealing with discount centers, value retailers, and wholesale grocery chains
- Strong existing network of buyers and decision-makers in the UAE discount retail segment
- Demonstrated success in product listing with low or nominal listing fees
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of UAE FMCG trade practices and retailer requirements
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
