Role Overview
We are looking for an Office Administrator to play a key support role in the day-to-day functioning of our IT services business. This position sits at the center of internal coordination—helping teams stay aligned, information stays organized, and operations run smoothly.
The role involves a mix of office administration, team coordination, basic HR support, vendor communication, and backend assistance for sales and finance. It is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, pays attention to detail, and is interested in understanding how different parts of an IT company work together as it grows.

Key Responsibilities
Internal Coordination & Administration
Coordinate daily internal activities, schedules, and meetings.
Track work assignments, client-related tasks, support-service requests and internal follow-ups.
Maintain internal trackers and records using Airtable or similar tools.
Handle internal communications, updates, and information sharing.
Coordinate weekly cross-department meetings, including scheduling, minutes of meeting, and follow-ups.
Collect the required client and employee-related information.
Assist the sales team with quotation preparation and internal coordination.
HR Administration Support
Maintain HR records and databases, including employee details and status updates.
Create and update job descriptions using standard templates and tools.
Support recruitment activities such as CV shortlisting, interview scheduling, onboarding, and tasks coordination.
Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR documentation.
Support internal communications and employee engagement activities.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: AED 2,000/monthly – AED 4,000/monthly (based on experience & qualifications).
Benefits: as per company policy.
Work Schedule: Office based, 6-day workweek (Monday to Saturday) with occasional priority situations.
Will report directly to the Management.

Skills
Key Skills and Experience
1–3 years of experience in office administration, coordination, or similar support roles.
Experience handling internal coordination, follow-ups, documentation, and vendor communication.
Prior experience in an IT / services company is a strong advantage.
Exposure to basic HR administration, recruitment coordination, or operations support is preferred.
Fluency in English is a must. Additional command of Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is highly valued.
Geographical knowledge of Dubai will be an advantage.
Spouse Visa will also be considered as an advantage (but not mandatory. Role will be awarded based on merit).
