Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our logistics sales operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics solutions, and B2B sales, with proven experience in client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities in freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team (if applicable)
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
  • Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of sea, and land freight services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
