Sales Representative

Role Overview

As a Sales Representative for our Education Department, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and the classroom. You will be responsible for providing schools and colleges with high-quality Science Lab Equipment (from microscopes to chemical kits) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) Aids (assistive technology and adaptive tools). Your role is to help educators create safe, modern, and inclusive learning environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Expertise & Consultation

  • Act as a subject matter expert for two distinct catalogs: Science (STEM) and Special Needs (SEN).
  • Advise laboratory managers on equipment safety, curriculum alignment, and technical specifications.
  • Consult with Special Education Coordinators (SENCOs) to identify the best assistive tools for students with diverse learning requirements.

2. Demonstrations & Trials

  • Conduct "hands-on" demonstrations of lab equipment for science faculty.
  • Set up trials for special needs aids to ensure they meet the specific accessibility needs of the students.

3. Relationship & Account Management

  • Manage the long "Academic Buying Cycle," building trust with Procurement Officers, Department Heads, and Board Members.
  • Identify and pursue government grants or educational funding opportunities that schools can use to purchase your products.




Skills

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2–3 years of sales experience within the UAE market.
  • Product Knowledge: Background in Science (STEM) or Special Education is highly desirable.
  • Personal Attributes: High energy, self-motivated, and capable of working independently "on the road."
  • Valid UAE Driving License: Must hold a valid Light Vehicle license.
