Civil / Liaison Engineer – Authority Approvals
SMH Interiors is an ISO 9001:2015 certified interior fit-out company operating in the UAE since 2015. We are currently expanding our approvals team and are seeking a Civil / Liaison Engineer with strong UAE authority approval experience.
This role is strictly focused on authority coordination, submissions, and approvals for interior fit-out projects across Dubai.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and submission of drawings to UAE authorities
- Handling authority approvals with Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), DDA, TECOM & Trakhees
- Coordinating with authorities for comments, clarifications, and final approvals
- Managing resubmissions and ensuring timely approval closure
- Ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, codes, and approval standards
Skills
- Mandatory RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven UAE authority approval experience is mandatory
- Strong hands-on knowledge of DM, DCD, DDA, TECOM & Trakhees Ect.. procedures
- Valid SOA Card
- G+1 License (mandatory)
- Ability to join immediately
