Job Details

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Pilates Studio Administrator to manage daily operations, client relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for wellness, and experience in a similar role. 


 Salary 6 000 – 9 500  AED (2 000 – 3 000 USD) 


Key Responsibilities:  

- Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering calls, and handling inquiries.  

- Schedule and coordinate appointments, classes, and private sessions using booking software.  

- Process payments, memberships, and package sales. 

- Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy. 

- Assist with marketing efforts, social media updates, and promotional events.  

- Handle inventory management and studio upkeep.  

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns professionally.  

- Support instructors with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service (fitness/wellness industry preferred).  

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.  

- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages Russian / Arabic a plus).  

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking/management software  

- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for Pilates and wellness.  

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
